Our Bourbon Caramel Chipotle Bacon Jam was just the warm-up act. Take it to the next level by slathering it on a grilled pork loin for a perfect balance of smoke, salt, and sweet—make dinner extra special with Caramel Kitchen!
- 2-3 lb. pork loin roast
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Bourbon Caramel Chipotle Caramel Jam
1. Coat top and sides of pork loin roast with an even layer of the Bourbon Caramel Chipotle Bacon Jam.
2. If using a gas grill, preheat to lowest temperature. If using a charcoal grill, prepare coals until no longer smoking. If using a smoker, turn onto smoke setting and wait until pellets no longer smoke.
3. Place roast on top rack and cook until a thermometer reads an internal temperature of 142°. Remove roast to a platter and tent with foil until internal temperature reaches 145°. Slice and serve.
