Summertime mean grill season! When you need something to serve with those burgers, steak, or even kabobs, there’s nothing that beats corn on the cob—especially when it’s hot off the grill. Take your corn to the next level with Caramel Kitchen to make that backyard bbq even better!
- Heat grill to high
- Without shucking it, place ears of corn on grill. (Leaving the husk on helps keep the corn moist while grilling. Remove towards the end of cooking to add grill marks.)
- Grill corn for 15-20 minutes, using tongs to rotate every 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill, remove husk if you haven’t already, and drizzle Caramel Kitchen’s Chipotle or Bourbon Caramel Sauce on all sides. Serve warm.
