Ingredients:
- 1 package butter crackers
- Thin slices of smoked provolone, smoked gouda or parmesan cheese
- 1-2 pears, thinly sliced into bite size pieces
- Caramel Kitchen chipotle caramel sauce
- 1 package sliced prosciutto, cut into bite size pieces
Directions:
- Lay crackers out on a platter
- Place a slice of cheese on each cracker
- Top each slice of cheese with a slice of pear
- Drizzle a little bit of chipotle caramel onto each pear slice
- Top with a slice of prosciutto
