What is the shelf life of the caramel sauce once opened?
We recommend you enjoy your caramel sauces within 6 months of opening.
How should I store opened bottles?
Open bottles should be store upside down on their lids at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
I see separation in my bottle. Is it still good?
Over time, separation is a natural occurrence. It can be reincorporated once the bottle in opened, gently heated and shaken.

Unopened bottles will be good for at least a year before opening. You may notice natural separation occurring. This can be reincorporated once the bottle in opened, gently heated and shaken.
I've stored my caramel bottle in the fridge. How can I get it to squeeze out again?
Caramel sauce stored in the fridge can thicken, making it difficult to squeeze out. Place your bottle in a warm water bath or microwave on a low setting for a few seconds at a time, shake the bottle to evenly heat and squeeze out!
Will the caramel sauce crystalize over time like honey?
No, it will not.
