Do you want to elevate your next store bought or home made dessert? Skip the frozen topping and in less time than it will take you to drive to the store to buy it, you can make this simple whip cream that will WOW your friends!
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Salted Caramel Sauce
Place your bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
Pour the heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract in the chilled bowl. Mix on low with the chilled whisk until just combined.
With the mixer running, slowly add the pumpkin spice salted caramel sauce. Increase the mixing speed to medium-high and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Dollup or pipe onto your favorite drink or dessert. Serve immediately.
Makes about 2 cups.
